Vishal Mega Mart : About Us

	•	The Promotional Program (Program) from SBI Cards and Payment Services Pvt Ltd (SBICPSL) and Vishal Retail Ltd. is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current SBI Vishal Mega Mart Visa Credit Card, (with no outstanding of more than 30 days).
	•	The Program shall be Valid from 1 st January 2008 to 31 st December 2008 , unless otherwise specified (Term).
	•	As per the offer, every valid and current SBI Vishal Mega Mart Cardholder, who spends a minimum of Rs. 500/- once a month on their SBI Vishal Mega Mart Card at the specified Vishal Retail Food mart stores listed in the flyer would get 1 kg Sugar free as specified.
	•	Out of date and Expired Coupons will not be acceptable under any circumstances
	•	The offer for the new Card holders will be effective from the consecutive month of becoming a valid SBI Vishal Mega Mart Card holder and a potential beneficiary of the scheme.
	•	No correspondence or communication shall be entertained with anybody with respect to any issues relating and pertaining to lost coupons.
	•	SBICPSL does not endorse the quality of any of the products being offered as free under the offer. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with Vishal retail Ltd. SBICPSL would not be liable for any loss or claims arising out of the quality of the free sugar.
	•	The Cardholders are requested to confirm the same at the participating store before making a payment as part of this Program. SBICPSL would not accept any liability arising out of the mentioned Program not being extended by the respective participating store. This shall be the sole liability of the Participating store as per the arrangement entered into with them.
	•	The free sugar under this program cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount extended by Vishal retail Ltd. as part of any other arrangement.
	•	Pictures of Products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual product. SBICPSL shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.
	•	Sugar offered under this program is subject to availability at the specified outlets.
	•	Under no circumstance will the free sugar being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by SBICPSL.
	•	All Government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the program was offered.
	•	SBICPSL shall not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of the offer under the Program
	•	Any disputes arising out of this Program shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by SBICPSL for this purpose and the decision of the sole arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. The place of arbitration shall be New Delhi and the language shall be English. The arbitration conducted shall be in accordance to the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and any amendments carried thereof. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL.
	•	Cardholders are not bound in anyway to participate in the Program. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
	•	SBICPSL reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to the Program or withdraw the Program at any time.
	•	Any customer who has not paid the minimum outstanding amount on his/her card, will be deemed disqualified from the Program.
