Our loyalty programme gives the Indian consumer of being rewarded

 
every time he makes a purchase at any of our stores anywhere in the country. Consumers can make purchases at any store and accumulate points at a central level. These points are redeemable at any of our stores. You can accumulate points even when you make a purchase while traveling and redeem points at any store. So no matter where you are in India you can partake in our loyalty programme

  Terms & Conditions

  1. Vishal Reward plus (paper card) is free for any and every one who fill the above application form in legible writing with all details in all it's fairness and pay the necessary fee and charges, as may be applicable from time to time at the cash counter of the store;
  2. The Vishal Retail Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any form/membership without assigning any reason whatsoever to the applicant;
  3. The Company reserves the right to decline/amend/change/alter/revoke/suspend/withdraw the benefits available under the loyalty programme with immediate effect, without assigning any reason.
  4. The usage of this loyalty card confirms that the member has read and understood and has further agreed to abide by the terms and conditions as amended from time to time;
  5. Members will earn loyalty bonus points, as and when introduced, for purchase of eligible products and services at store of Vishal Mega Mart. Points will be rewarded to members from the date of their enrollment in the programme according to the slabs mentioned in Table- I;
  6. The loyalty card need to be presented to the cashier at the store before billing;
  7. To the extent permitted by law, the Company makes no representation or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prize;
  8. All prizes or gifts etc announced, if any, shall be subject to applicable tax deduction at source and levies of cess;
  9. The loyalty card is valid only at Vishal Mega Mart (a unit of Vishal Retail Limited) only;
  10. The benefits attached to the loyalty card are under no circumstances transferable or en-cashable;
  11. The loyalty card is not a debit or credit card;
  12. Only original loyalty Card shall be accepted;
  13. Points cannot be accumulated if availing of any other under any special scheme and seasonable sale and any other discounts on products, services and schemes;
  14. The members are solely responsible to check that the reward points have been credited to the account/card number and no request for retro-credit of points will be entertained;
  15. Points can be utilized against all products and services available in the store;
  16. Members will earn points as specified by Vishal Retail Limited from time to time on eligible purchase on Vishal Mega Mart outlets in denomination of 0.5 rounded to lower limit the above stated criteria are determined and advised solely by Vishal Retail Limited and is subject to change without any prior notice;
  17. The members can redeem the points only once the loyalty card has accumulated the balance of atleast 50 points;
  18. The points accumulated shall be valid only for a period of 1 year only;
  19. The redemption is permitted only in the denomination of 50 or 100. Member need to utilize the full-value of the voucher, as no balance value shall be at any time be cashed or carried forward ;
  20. The redemption request once received cannot be cancelled or amended by member under any condition;
  21. The Company reserves the right the to amend the program at any time without assigning any reason thereof;
  22. Members authorize the Company to disclose member information to all Government Authorities or to competent Authorities or to credit bureaus or to any third persons, to comply with the obligations under law. Members also authorize the Company to use member information for offering products and services to members, including from its associates/partners etc;
  23. These terms are in addition to the terms already applicable and available on www.vishalmegamart.com
  24. The loyalty card shall remain the property of the Company and shall be returned to the Company;
  25. It is the card holder's responsibility to communicate the loss of the loyalty card within 48 hours. A new card will be issued only after receipt of request along with the applicable fee and charges that need to be paid;
  26. The court of New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute.
