Store manager Profile:
An Overview -
Sales - Ensure that monthly, weekly & daily sales targets are communicated to the staff & efforts are made to consistently achieve the set targets. Ensure excellence in new age customer service standards, CRM data maintenance & handling customer complaints.
Stock Replenishment/Inventory Management - Stock verification, pilferage control. Keep a check on policies and procedures to make sure they are being practiced religiously by the staff.
People Management - to lead, motivate & retain store staff & maintain a positive work environment and lead by personal example.
Visual Merchandising - to ensure that store visual merchandising is maintained as per the brand standards. Clear expression of special campaigns, discounts, themes.
Store Maintenance & Housekeeping - to ensure that the store is properly maintained in terms of cleanliness, fixtures etc.
Data Management - prepare & submit MIS reports as per company guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for dynamic high-energy individuals who are result/performance oriented, aggressive, presentable, can perform under pressure and possess good communication skills.
Salary Would be negotiable . Location all over India (Preference for those Candidate who can relocate Entire India ).
Minimum Qualification Graduate .
